1. Prohibited content

Do not use Bwenieve products for illegal content, hate speech, harassment, phishing, malware, spam, impersonation, or copyright infringement.

2. Prohibited destinations

Where a product lets you link to external content, do not link to phishing sites, malware, or illegal content.

3. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. Appeals may be submitted through the product support routes.

Bwenieve Read Content Policy

1. Copyright protection

Books, manuscripts, excerpts, covers, author materials, and marketplace listings must respect copyright and intellectual property rights. Readers may not copy, upload, distribute, resell, or publicly share eBooks purchased through Bwenieve Read.

2. Author responsibilities

• Submit only books and materials you own or are authorized to publish.
• Provide accurate author, publisher, category, language, pricing, and rights information.
• Respect third-party rights, privacy, and applicable laws.

3. Prohibited content

• Infringing, plagiarized, pirated, or unauthorized books.
• Content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or malicious.
• Content that impersonates another author, publisher, person, or organization.

4. Piracy prevention

Bwenieve Read may use reader access controls, session checks, watermarking, monitoring, and support review to protect purchased books and reduce piracy.
